College and high school students will complete another year of academia and thus begin their job search.
The results of a study found that employers hire on the criteria that 15 percent is on a person’s technical abilities and the remaining 85 percent is for their social/people skills.
With that in mind and the amount of uneasiness attached to a waning economy, it will be important to adopt the three “Ps.”
